๐ How to Prepare
According to the cooking directions on the package:
1. Stir Kanokwan Green Curry Paste with 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk until the oil appears on top.
2. Add 200g of your preferred meat or other ingredients and stir until cooked.
3. Add 1 cup (240ml) of water.
4. Add round eggplant, sweet basil leaves and long red chilli, then bring to a boil.
5. Adjust the seasoning to taste. The package suggests 3 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce or salt.
For a vegetarian preparation: use vegetables or plant-based protein and suitable vegetarian seasoning instead of meat and fish sauce.
