๐ How to Prepare
Stir-fry Kanokwan Red Curry Paste with approximately 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk until fragrant and oil appears on top.
Add approximately 200g of your preferred meat or other ingredients and stir until cooked.
Add another 1 cup (240ml) water.
Add vegetables such as Thai eggplant, sweet basil and red chilli.
Simmer until cooked and adjust seasoning to taste.
Tip: For a vegetarian dish, use your preferred plant-based protein/vegetables and vegetarian seasoning instead of meat or fish sauce.
